Terms and Conditions and Return and Exchange Policy
Welcome to the Electronic Business Stream platform. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and transactions made through our store. Your use of the site or completion of a purchase constitutes your explicit agreement to these terms.
1. Air Conditioning Return and Exchange Policy (Very Important)
Due to the nature of air conditioning units as precise mechanical devices that are affected by installation and opening, we apply the following strict policy to protect the rights of both parties:
Opened devices: Once the box or packaging of the air conditioning unit is opened or installation has begun, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect proven by a technical report from the authorized agent of the brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Devices in their original condition: Returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the device is in its original condition and the box is sealed as it was delivered, and has not been opened or tampered with. The customer bears any shipping and return fees if applicable.
2. Manufacturing Defects and Warranty
The institution guarantees that all sold devices are original and covered by the warranty of the authorized agent within the Kingdom.
In the event of a manufacturing defect after the device has been opened, the device is subject to the warranty policy of the brand's agent (such as device maintenance or replacement at the discretion of the technical agent after inspection).
The Business Stream is not responsible for misuse, or malfunctions resulting from fluctuations in the customer's electrical current, or any damages resulting from neglecting the maintenance of the device after sale.
3. Delivery and Installation Terms
Site Responsibility: The institution's responsibility for the external safety of the device ends once the customer (or their representative) signs the receipt notice after inspecting and checking the external box for any breaks or shocks.
Site readiness: The customer is fully responsible for preparing the site for installation (providing appropriate electricity, correct breakers, wall safety, and drainage). Any delay in installation due to site unpreparedness may incur additional charges for the technicians' visit again.
Installation by third parties: If the customer chooses to install the device through technicians not affiliated with our organization, our responsibility is completely waived for any malfunction, refrigerant leakage, or damage resulting from improper installation, and the customer bears responsibility for that before the warranty agent.
4. Prices and product availability
The organization reserves the right to modify product prices or shipping and installation fees at any time without prior notice, and these modifications do not apply to orders that have already been paid for and confirmed.
In the event that the product is unavailable after the order is completed due to an error in inventory updates, the organization has the right to cancel the order and refund the customer in full without any additional obligations.
5. Payment policy and order cancellation
The order is approved and preparation begins after the payment process is fully confirmed through the available channels on the site.
The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund only before the shipment leaves our warehouses or before starting the preparation of special air conditioning orders. In the event of order cancellation after shipping, the customer bears the full shipping costs.
